About Dr. Naser Dib

Dr. Naser Dib graduated in medicine from the Medical University of Białystok in 1991 and completed his postgraduate internship at the Complex Hospital in Biała Podlaska. He then spent fifteen years, from 1992 to 2007, in the surgical department of the County Hospital in Węgrów, obtaining first-degree (1995) and second-degree (1999) specialisation in general surgery.

He continued his surgical career in Warsaw, at Grochowski Hospital (2007–2008) and in the Department of General and Gastroenterological Surgery at Orłowski Hospital (2008–2010). From 2009 to 2011 he lectured at the Medical Centre of Postgraduate Education in Warsaw. Since 2011, according to his CV, he has been Head of General and Oncological Surgery at the European Medical Center (ECZ) in Otwock.

His clinical focus is minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery, oncological surgery and bariatric surgery. His documented procedures include laparoscopic rectal resection, hemicolectomy and gastrectomy; sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass and endoscopic intragastric balloon; and robotic-assisted colorectal surgery using the da Vinci Surgical System. Alongside clinical work, Dr. Dib has been an instructor in minimally invasive colorectal surgery workshops since 2011 and co-founded NASMED Clinic in Warsaw. In 2014 he was awarded a PhD for research on gut regulatory peptides and adipokines after bariatric surgery. He has co-authored publications on laparoscopic anti-reflux and achalasia surgery, sleeve gastrectomy and surgical infections. From 2000 to 2002 he was doctor to the Polish women's national volleyball team.
